CONCERT DATE POLICIES:
All concert date reservations must have a credit card. All concert date reservations are charged to your credit card at the time you make the reservation and are non refundable. If an artist performs for more than one day consecutively you must reserve your room for all dates. E.G., If Dave Matthews has a three day concert you must reserve all three nights. You will be mailed a confirmation slip along with your credit card charge slip in the mail and will need to check in and pick up your room key prior to going to the concert.

Three night (minimum) reservations required for Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.
